Our Cyclotron Accelerator
is generating the high-energy particles (ions) for radioactive labelling.
The evacuated beam line system directs the ion beam to the irradiation facility for machine parts.

Our new Mincyclotron
extends the technical capabilities and increases our delivery reliability.

The irradiation procedure 
is demonstrated by the schematic view on the crankcase of a combustion engine ready for radioactive labelling in the cylinder bore for a wear diagnosis in the Top Dead Centre (TDC) of the first piston ring: The motor block rotates around the bore axis. The incident ion beam produces a uniform, ring shaped label in the TDC-range of the piston ring.
